Affililate Elite

About nine months back, after discovering one of my favorite pieces of software doesn’t work any more (Affiliate Finder Pro), I wrote to Brad Callen to see if SEO Elite could do what I wanted to do (discover competitor’s affiliates so I could recruit them).
At the time Brad said “No . . .” but he’d work on it.
I hadn’t heard from Brad since . . . so I was surprised that he’s coming out with an ENTIRE PRODUCT designed to do what I want and a lot more that he hasn’t told me about yet.
This new product is called Affiliate Elite and I have no doubt it will be as excellent as SEO Elite and Keyword Elite were before it.
I’ve asked Brad if he’d do an interview with me and he’s accepted - now I want to know what you’d ask Brad if you had the opportunity - about this new software, keywords, IM, whatever.

Here’s one for Brad. What does he recommend for dealing with the affiliate spy tools like UCP, GCD, etc. Any good tips to prevent them from seeing your affiliate sites?

I’ll pass the question along (though I’m not sure it’s a question I’d answer if I was Brad).
My two cents: when you find a winner, start creating barriers to entry so that others cannot easily knock you off - the easier it is, the more likely someone’s going to try and take your territory.
Also, don’t forget about the bitch-slap techniques - invaluable in these situations and becoming MORE relevant as time passes.
Beyond working it as an affiliate, start building YOUR business by developing products of your own and letting others (your affiliates) fight it out.
